ECO appraisal

The ECO 805-2003 regulation, which gives rise to the ECO Appraisals, is an order from the Ministry of Economy which clearly establishes the rules to be followed when calculating the Appraisal Value of Real Estate. Likewise, it establishes and guarantees the rights of the parties in this context, and also sets the criteria for the preparation of the reports and certificates necessary to formalise these operations with real estate.

The ECO regulations for Real Estate Appraisals are the instrument used by the State to limit the scope of action of the different professionals, companies and institutions, and to obtain the desirable levels of security, transparency and guarantees in all areas, and even more so in a sector as critical as the real estate sector.
