Declaration of Responsible Occupancy D.E.R.O

This is a document issued by the Town Hall that establishes that the place where the property is located has been built in accordance with urban planning regulations and can be occupied. This document is especially necessary in order to register the water and electricity supplies. It replaces the previous First Occupancy Licence.
