Built area with common elements

It is the built area of the dwelling together with the metres corresponding to the participation of the common elements of the property (stairs, corridors etc. of buildings and communities), since each dwelling will have a participation coefficient that must be added to the property. This area is the one reflected in the Cadastre and the one used for the valuation of a property.
